I am certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) in AFMCP (Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice), the GI Advanced Module, and the Cardiometabolic Advanced Module. I am also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) through Functional Medicine University and a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), with my doctorate from Northeast College of the Health Sciences. My education spans anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, blood chemistry, neurology, pharmacology, clinical nutrition, and lifestyle counseling. Education is never over for me — I strive to continue completing additional training to bring my patients the most up-to-date care. I also currently teach future healthcare professionals, hoping to aid in the education of the next generation.
No. I focus on natural, non-invasive approaches — nutritional therapy, herbal remedies, evidence-based supplements, stress management, and lifestyle changes. Your primary care physician will handle all medication needs. My protocols are designed to address root causes and promote overall wellness.
Functional medicine services are not covered by insurance, as the industry considers these practices above the standard level of care. We strive to make functional medicine accessible and affordable for everyone through our bundled program pricing.
All consultations are done via secure telehealth (Zoom). This allows us to work together from anywhere — no commute, no waiting room — just focused, personalized care.
Treatment duration depends on your condition's severity, how long you've been experiencing symptoms, and your commitment to the plan. Initial care programs typically span 5–12 months, with many patients seeing improvement within the first month. After completing the initial program, many choose maintenance visits a few times per year.
